Includes: ✅ Custom Exercise Plan – 4-week program tailored to your goals and equipment access ✅ Nutrition Guidance – Balanced meal structure and portion recommendations (not a rigid meal plan) ✅ Mobility Drills – Mobility flows to improve flexibility and recovery incorporated into custom exercise plan (stretching and movement recommendations to assist flexibility/mobility) ✅ Check-Ins – Bi-weekly coaching email/message check-ins to track progress and make adjustments as necessary (limited access renewed with every subscription renewal) ✅ Faith Integration – Motivational Bible scripture woven into your journey Perfect for: Beginners and intermediate athletes ready to take the first step in stewarding their body as a temple of God.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings may be subject to change depending on conflicting schedules. I do try to accommodate everyone's schedule, however there may be adjustments. If this happens, I will do my best to give you as much advance notice that's possible.
